One of the most common mistakes made when somebody is trying to get toned arms is to simply focus on a very large amount of arm toning exercises while disregarding other types of exercise modalities. By focusing on muscle fiber activation you will enhance the total amount of calories you burn and you will also enhance the total amount of lean body tissue you are able to retain. Remember that activating your muscle fibers forces you to maintain your metabolic rate but also burns a large amount of calories. Because this is a two factor benefit you will be able to get much faster results.
Any time you can kill multiple birds with one stone you are going to notice that you get much more effective results.
